Allow yourself the freedom to get on the Internet from anywhere within your home, your front yard or on the pool deck. A wireless network in your home will give you the ability to freely roam with a laptop, or provide a network connection to a desktop computer that is not physically located near your other equipment.
Go Wireless includes:
- Physical setup of wireless networking hardware
- configuration of wireless software on two (2) computers
- Wireless security configuration
Operating System Recovery: $200
Are popups causing you headaches? Do you think you have a virus that is deleting your important files or making it impossible to get anything done? Our Operating System Recovery service will leave your computer completely refreshed and running as good as new.
Operating System Recovery includes:
- Thorough scan and removal of spyware and viruses
- Install all of the latest operating system updates updates
- Operating System setup to automatically keep itself updated in the future
- install one (1) application of your choosing
- Connect and install one peripheral (digital camera, printer, etc.) of your choosing
- Setup spyware and virus scanners to help keep your computer clean
- Install the Firefox Web Browser for a more secure experience on the Internet
Operating System Rebuild: $250
For the most drastic of cases we recommend the full operating system rebuild. This essentially resets your computer to the way that it was when you unpacked it after bringing it home from the store. This service requires that you have on hand your operating system install disc with license key and any software that will need to be reinstalled.
Operating System Recovery includes:
- Backup of all your personal data (My Documents, Pictures, Music, etc.)
- Fully reformat your hard drive
- Installation of the Operating System + all of the latest updates
- Installation of up to five (5) applications
- Operating System setup to automatically keep itself updated in the future
- Setup of up to three (3) peripherals
- Setup spyware and virus scanners to help keep your computer clean in the future
- Install the Firefox Web Browser for a more secure experience on the Internet
Wireless Security: $100 (2 computers)
For those that already have a wireless network in place but are concerned about security we can configure your system so that you no longer need to fear about a hacker or "wardriver" breaking into your network.
Wireless Security includes:
- Full Wireless Router Security inspection and configuration
- Setup of wireless network security software environment on two (2) computers
Memory or Peripheral Installation: $50 each (Hardware Extra)
Extra RAM in your computer can really speed things up. Whether you buy it through us or somewhere else we can install it for you. We can also help with the installation of any peripheral. Printers, scanners, cameras or any other device are no problem.
Memory Installation includes:
- Installation of one (1) RAM module
- Check of both BIOS and Operating System to ensure proper installation
Peripheral Installation includes:
- Physical installation of one (1) peripheral device
- Installation of driver software
- Test of peripheral to ensure correct operation
Hard Disk or other Hardware Installation: $60 each (Hardware Extra)
So you found a cheap hard drive in a Sunday sale... Let us come and install it for you. We can take care of any internal or external hardware additions you desire to you computer. We also sell any hardware that you may be thinking about upgrading to.
Hard Disk Installation includes:
- Installation of one (1) Hard Drive
- Check of both BIOS to ensure proper installation
- Partition and format the drive for general use
Hardware Installation includes:
- Physical installation of one (1) hardware device
- Installation of driver software
- Test of hardware to ensure correct operation
